Look Out, Jersey: Here She Comes!!

Another tranquil day in Jersey. The workers work, the walkers walk, and the hamsters...ham. Everyone is going about their usual, peaceful, daily business.
At the airport, a plane is coming in to land. Just like normal.
Right?
Wrong.
In one of the windows, a girl's face appears. She is young - about 12. She is lightly freckled, and has ginger hair. She is smiling.
Nothing wrong with that.
The girl's name is Alex Fellows.
Nobody in Jersey knows it yet, but they've got about ten seconds until the wheels of the plane touch the ground, and after that...
God knows. One thing's for sure, though - Jersey is never going to be the same again.
